Shipping & Delivery Policy for Salt & Olive Co.

 

We're so excited for you to receive your Salt & Olive Co. order! Since we offer both custom-made apparel and instant digital products, our delivery process is tailored to each type of item.


 

Understanding Our Process

 

  • Custom Made-to-Order Apparel: All of our clothing items are custom printed just for you once you place your order. This personalized approach means we need a little production time before your item ships.

  • Digital Products: Our digital products are delivered instantly via email, giving you immediate access!


 

Order Processing Times

 

  • Apparel (Physical Products):

    • Production Time: Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-7 business days to create your custom item. This production time is in addition to the shipping time.

    • Processing for Shipment: After production, your item is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

  • Digital Products:

    • Your digital product will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow a few minutes for it to arrive.


 

Shipping for Apparel (Physical Products)

 

Once your custom apparel item is produced, it's ready for its journey to you.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with various reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:

    • Domestic (USA): Standard shipping typically takes 3-8 business days after production.

    • International: International shipping times vary greatly by destination and customs processing, but typically range from 7-21 business days after production.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your shipping address. You'll see the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

  • Tracking Your Order:

    • Once your apparel item ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes for International Orders:

    • Please be aware that for international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.


 

Delivery for Digital Products

 

  • Your digital product(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

  • If you don't receive your digital product within 30 minutes of your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, contact us immediately at TheWell@SaltAndOlive.Co.


 

Important Shipping & Delivery Notes

 

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • Shipping Delays: While we always strive for timely delivery, all shipping and delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other events outside of our control (as also outlined in our Terms of Service).

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments (Apparel): Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you by providing any necessary order information.

  • Combining Orders: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our apparel fulfillment, we are generally unable to combine multiple orders once they have been placed.
