If Something Isn't Quite Right (Manufacturing Defects)
We pour our hearts into every item, but if, by rare chance, your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please know we're here to make it right! We'll happily offer a full refund or a replacement item.
To help us resolve this for you quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask that you:

Share a few clear photos or a short video showing the defect. This helps us understand what went wrong and how to best assist you.
Once we've had a look, we'll guide you through the next steps. If a return is needed, we'll cover the shipping costs, of course!
Finding Your Perfect Fit (Exchanges for Sizing)
We understand that sometimes, even with careful measurements, an item might not fit exactly as you hoped. We want you to feel wonderful in your new piece, so we're happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues.
Here's how we can help you find your perfect fit:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange for a different size.

For an exchange, we ask that the item be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition with all tags still attached.

To facilitate this exchange, we kindly request that you cover the shipping costs to send the original item back to us, as well as the shipping for your new, perfectly sized item.
Once your original item arrives back with us in great condition, we'll quickly get your new size ready and on its way to you!
A Gentle Reminder (Non-Returnable Items)
Because each piece is made especially for you, we generally don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. We truly encourage you to take a moment to review your order details, including sizes and colors, before finalizing your purchase. We're always here to answer any questions you might have before you buy!
